Our return policy for loose tea purchases at LooseTeaLeaf.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that tea preferences vary among individuals, and we want to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your loose tea purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the tea must be unopened and in its original packaging. We also require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We strive to make your loose tea shopping experience enjoyable and risk-free.
