Our return policy at LockandMane.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. To start the return process, simply contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will guide you through the necessary steps. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
