How do I report a lost or stolen card?

If your card has been lost or stolen, you should report it as soon as possible to prevent any unauthorized transactions. You can report a lost or stolen card by contacting our customer service team by phone or through our mobile app. Alternatively, you can also visit a branch in person to report the incident. Once your card has been reported as lost or stolen, it will be immediately blocked to protect you from any fraudulent activity. A replacement card can be ordered for you once the report has been made.
