What is your return policy?

Our return policy at LiquorGear.com allows customers to return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We understand that sometimes purchases don't meet expectations or are no longer needed, so we aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team with their order details within the specified timeframe. Once approved, customers can send back the items in their original packaging, and upon inspection and approval of the returned product, a refund will be issued. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
