If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return/exchange process. Please note that the jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and with the original packaging and tags. Engraved or personalized items cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part.
