What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Limoges Jewelry ensures customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or an exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Personalized and engraved items, as well as jewelry with birthstones, cannot be returned unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or materials. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We strive to make the return process as smooth and convenient as possible for our valued customers.
