Leisurepro.com offers a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy. We understand that sometimes, items may not meet your expectations or require exchange or refund. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a 60-day return window from the date of purchase. If the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all the accessories, we will gladly refund the full purchase price. However, certain items like scuba tanks, batteries, DVDs, and some electronics may incur a restocking fee. Additionally, custom-built items and special orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Please note, return shipping costs are not covered by Leisurepro.com unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
