Can I return an item purchased online at a physical store?

Yes, Le Château offers the convenience of returning an item purchased online at any of their physical store locations. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, simply bring the item, along with the original packaging and receipt, to a nearby Le Château store within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that all items must be unworn, in their original condition, and have the tags attached. The store will process your return and issue a refund to the original form of payment. However, please be aware that any shipping charges incurred during the online purchase are non-refundable.
