Konecranes UK strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every product purchased. Our return policy allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is in its original condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. A return authorization is required for all returns, and the customer is responsible for any associated shipping expenses. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that certain items, such as customized products or spare parts, may not be eligible for return.
