What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Kiyonna.com allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly, therefore we strive to make the return process as easy as possible. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Simply fill out our online return form and follow the instructions to send back the item using the pre-paid shipping label provided. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not offer exchanges at this time.
