What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Kembrel.com allows customers to return items within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team or use the returns portal on our website. Once the return is approved, customers will receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used. Please note that certain items, such as final sale or personalized items, may not be eligible for return.
