At Kelmark Furnishings, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Therefore, we have a straightforward and convenient return policy in place. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Please note that any additional shipping costs incurred for the return will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or we shipped the wrong item.
