JumpUSA offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. However, please note that certain items, such as customized or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and issue a return authorization. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued promptly.
