Jostens has a comprehensive return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Personalized or customized products, such as class rings or yearbooks, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate the return process, contact our friendly customer service team who will guide you through the necessary steps. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Jostens aims to provide an exceptional shopping experience and will do our best to address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction with our products.
