Yes, Jet Travel is committed to providing special assistance to disabled passengers. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all our passengers and strive to make their travel experience as comfortable as possible. We offer a range of services to accommodate various disabilities. Our knowledgeable staff is trained to assist passengers with mobility or sensory impairments, ensuring they have a smooth journey from check-in to arrival. We provide wheelchair assistance for boarding and disembarking, have designated accessible seating, and offer in-flight assistance as needed. Jet Travel also allows service animals to accompany passengers with disabilities. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend informing us of any assistance required at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to departure. We are dedicated to inclusivity and are committed to creating a positive travel experience for all passengers.
