J. Jill offers a flexible and hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. The item should be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tags attached. You can choose to return the item by mail or in-store. For returns via mail, a prepaid UPS return label is provided, and a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. In-store returns are free of charge. If you have a receipt, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Without a receipt, the refund will be issued in the form of a merchandise credit.
