Our return policy at Ivyblue.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We accept returns for store credit or refund. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the safe delivery of the item. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
