Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order as long as it has not been processed for shipping. To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. In that case, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange once you receive them.
