What are the cancellation and refund policies for the luxury voyages?
Our cancellation and refund policies for luxury voyages are as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the departure date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administration fee.
- For cancellations made between 31 to 60 days prior to departure, a 50% refund will be issued.
- Any cancellations made within 30 days of departure will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel a voyage, a full refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a cancellation request.
- To request a cancellation and refund, please contact our customer service team via email or phone.
- Kindly note that additional cancellation fees may apply if your voyage includes services provided by third-party suppliers, such as hotels or airlines. We recommend reviewing their individual cancellation policies.
