Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on Imed.com, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We begin processing orders immediately after they have been placed to expedite the shipping process. Therefore, we advise customers to carefully review their order details, including product selection, quantity, and shipping address, before finalizing their purchase.
