Yes, there are restrictions and guidelines for product returns at Image Beauty Supply. All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Additionally, a proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns. If a customer receives a damaged or defective product, Image Beauty Supply will gladly replace it or provide a full refund. However, certain items are non-returnable, including opened cosmetics, hairbrushes, and clearance items. For hygiene reasons, wigs, extensions, hairpieces, and hair accessories are also non-returnable. Customers are advised to contact the customer service team prior to returning any products to ensure a smooth process.
