How Do I Track My Hot Topic Order?
If you'd like to track your order at HotTopic.com, this guide will help you. First, have either your order number or your HotTopic.com login information. If you have your login information, navigate to HotTopic.com, and click "Account / Sign In". Next, click on the "Order History" link and then look for your order under the "Order Status" section. Click the "track my order" link next to the specific order you want tracking information for. If you don't have your login information, go to HotTopic.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click "track my order". On this page, you'll be able to enter your order number and email address used when placing your order. Your tracking information will be there, and all is well.

1) If you have your login information for HotTopic.com, go to the website and click "Account / Sign In" at the top right of your screen. This will allow you to login to HotTopic.com.
2) After you login to HotTopic.com, next click the "Order History" link that is listed near your account information.
3) Ok, are you on your "Order History" page? Great. Now, click the "check order status" link next to the order you want to track.
4) After you select "check order status", you'll see whether or not your order has shipped from HotTopic.com yet. If it has, you'll see your tracking number listed there, along with perhaps the date it was shipped and the date it should arrive.
5) Alternately, a link to the shipping companies website might appear there that you will be able to click to get detailed shipping information directly from the shipping company (example: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.).
6) If you don't have your HotTopic.com login information, but you do have your order number, read on, and we'll help you track your order. Just go to HotTopic.com and navigate to the very bottom of the web page.
7) When you're at the bottom of the web page, look for a "Track My Order" link. Click that link.
8) After you click the "Track My Order" link, you'll come to a page that will specifically allow you to enter your order number from HotTopic.com. Your order number likely is saved in the email receipt that was sent to you by HotTopic.com at the time of your order.
9) Enter your order number on that page along with the email address you used when you made your HotTopic.com purchase, and your tracking information will be revealed.
10) Similar to if you used your HotTopic.com login information to get your tracking number, you might be presented with a page that will give you a link to the shipping company's website directly. On the shipping company's website (USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), you'll be able to see detailed tracking information. This may include the date the item was sent and/or the date it will get to you.
11) If your item hasn't shipped yet, just follow this guide again to attempt to track your order again in a couple of days.
