Havertys' return policy aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 3 days of delivery. However, some exclusions may apply, such as special orders, final sale items, and mattresses. To make a return, items must be in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. In case of delivery damages or defects, please contact Havertys within 48 hours to arrange for a replacement or repair. Refunds for eligible returns are provided in the original form of payment. Havertys also offers a one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Keep in mind that custom orders and clearance merchandise are non-refundable.
