Harry & David is committed to customer satisfaction, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy. For non-perishable items, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. However, please note that personalized and perishable items cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged. In such cases, we will promptly replace the item or provide a full refund. We strive to make the return process as simple and seamless as possible, ensuring that our customers are always happy with their Harry & David experience.
