What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Harmondiscount.com allows customers to return merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team and provide them with the order number and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, customers will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that certain items such as opened cosmetics, personal care products, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
