Our return policy provides customers with 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unused and unworn items. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. We offer full refunds for returns, excluding the shipping charges. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item back to customers. Please note that certain products such as swimwear, underwear, and sale items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
