Yes, customers can exchange an item purchased from Hansensurf.com. We understand that sometimes the fit or color may not be as expected, or you may simply have changed your mind. To process an exchange, please make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or receipt, and contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. They will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization. Note that exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is not in stock, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
