At Halegroves.com, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not fully delighted with your purchase, we have a straightforward return and refund policy. If you receive a damaged or defective product, simply contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery, and we will promptly address the issue by offering a replacement or refund. Please provide supporting documentation, such as photographs, if required. For any other reason, if you are dissatisfied with your order, notify us within 14 days of receipt, and we will gladly arrange a return or exchange. However, please note that for perishable products, we can only issue a refund if the product is returned unopened and in its original packaging. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and efficiently.
