I have previously purchased citrus from Hale Groves, but this was my first time ordering Honeybells. Unfortunately, the quality of the Honeybells was disappointing. The ones that were not rotten tasted good, but I was too embarrassed to share them with my neighbors due to the overall condition of the fruit. The Honeybells did not resemble the pictures on the website, and the rotten ones emitted a terrible odor. Despite discarding the spoiled fruit, the smell lingered in the kitchen for days. It wasn't until about four days later that the odor started to improve. My order ID was [redacted]. Margie Hunt.

I received 3 trays of navel oranges in December from Fran and Howard Johnson of Largo, Florida. Unfortunately, only 1 tray was good, and the other 2 were not ripe. After contacting the company and receiving 2 new trays, they were riper but had tough membranes and were not juicy or sweet. Although the gentleman I spoke with offered to make it right if the replacements weren't satisfactory, I was disappointed. I would like to request 2 trays of honeybells instead of navel oranges. I have also used Hale Groves to send oranges as gifts and hope that the ones I sent were better than what I received. My name is Barbara H. and my address is [redacted] Prospect Hill Road, Geneva, NY [redacted]. I apologize for not having the order number, but I am certain you can verify the previous shipment from Fran/Howard Johnson in your records. Please let me know if 2 trays of honeybells can be sent instead. Thank you.

Today, I made a fruit order, hoping to spend $60. However, I was pushed to a pricier option due to the delayed delivery until January. I ended up paying $[redacted].26. When I tried to cancel, I was stuck on hold for over an hour before giving up. The automated "press 1" message was frustrating. If needed, I will go to Hale Groves in person. They should be reachable by phone or have an open shop if they are not answering calls. The advertisement promised delivery before Christmas if ordered by December 18th.

Each year, I eagerly await my shipment of honey bells from you. However, in recent years, the fruits arrived frozen and half moldy. Despite your efforts to replace them, the issue persisted, leading me to try Gregory Groves. Their packaging ensured the fruits arrived undamaged. This year, my orders from you included bitter fruits and those from California due to a poor harvest in Florida. I understand unforeseen circumstances can occur, but clear communication would have been appreciated. I acknowledge the additional shipping costs incurred due to the replacements. I had intended to overlook the situation, but I cannot ignore a year without my beloved honey bells. I will try to send pictures of the damaged fruits I received recently.

I recently sent oranges to my sister, Pamela C., in Charleston, WV. Upon receiving them, she was disappointed to find that they were hard, tasteless, and dry. She attempted to peel and cut them, with no success. Despite letting them sit for two weeks, they did not improve. When she gave one to her grandchildren, they rejected them as well. This experience has left me very frustrated as I've gifted your oranges to my family before without issue. I kindly request a replacement shipment for her promptly. Thank you, Marsha S.
I had attempted to contact your customer service line, but after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, I was abruptly disconnected.
