If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Graduationsource.com, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery. However, certain conditions apply. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Graduation gowns, caps, and accessories must not have been worn or altered in any way. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they were received in a defective or damaged condition. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization along with further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
