What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Golden Shine Cleaning Agency is designed to provide flexibility and convenience for our clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. This allows us ample time to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide our services to other clients. If a cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our abilities. Therefore, we encourage open communication and request that you contact our customer service team to discuss any cancellation concerns you may have.
