My Employer Page has not started yet

If your Employer Page hasn't appeared yet on Glassdoor, it's possible that it might be under review, or it might not have been created yet. Glassdoor has a review process to ensure accurate and legitimate pages. If your organization was recently submitted, it may still be under this review process. Please allow for some time for the approval. However, if a significant amount of time has passed, you might need to contact your employer or HR department to see if they have taken the necessary steps to establish the company page.

I am unable to post on glassdoor from my comany mal id

Glassdoor policy ensures the anonymity of its users. You won't be able to post reviews or content directly from your company email ID as it doesn't support using company email addresses for creating an account. It's designed this way to prevent others from knowing who published any content and to protect the identity of users. We recommend using an alternate email address for creating an account and posting any reviews or content. So, for your confidentiality and privacy, avoid using your company's mail ID.
