Hello,
Upon first accessing Glassdoor, I mistakenly believed that by inputting my salary under Corday Productions, the site would provide comparisons with prevailing music supervisor rates. However, I was unaware my salary would be permanently visible within Corday Productions' profile.
Recently concluding salary negotiations with Corday, this privileged data must be protected. Despite seeking assistance from Samantha Loise, removing this information has proven unsuccessful. Although Samantha supplied removal instructions, the system does not acknowledge any of my email addresses, hindering the process.
The prolonged presence of this information jeopardizes my career. Urgent removal is imperative. I remain skeptical that your system lacks a mechanism to safeguard against this issue.
Please promptly address this matter and investigate the system's email recognition failures.

For several years, I have used Glassdoor to assist with job searches for myself and coworkers. Lately, when accessing job postings on the site, my AVG computer security blocks the connection due to a Cert:Phishing virus warning. I am unsure why this issue has started, as I have not made any changes that could cause this problem. I would appreciate any assistance your team can provide. Thank you.

We are experiencing challenges with a review about our company that is entirely inaccurate. This review has led to harassment of the individual, impacting recruitment, morale, and productivity in our organization. If necessary, we are considering legal action against Glassdoor to have the review removed. Our primary concern is having the review taken down regardless of the author. In a world where mental health is crucial, we are wary of any potential consequences this review may have on the individual.
