I placed a free ad on your site for several days and canceled it before the end of the agreed period. However, I received a bill on my credit card with multiple charges from Glassdoor.com. I disputed the charges, but the vendor did not accept it. I am requesting that these charges be removed. I hope Glassdoor.com will address this issue promptly and provide a fair resolution.

I received an email informing me that my recent review violated the privacy guidelines on Glassdoor because I mentioned individuals by name. I was given the option to edit my review, but when I clicked the link provided, it redirected me to a new review page. I believe that if customers are given the chance to correct mistakes, their original submission should not be deleted, especially if it took time to create. This situation has left me uncertain about how to proceed with editing my review on Glassdoor.

I advertised a psychologist position on Glassdoor in May [redacted] and deactivated the account in June [redacted]. Despite deactivation, we noticed ongoing monthly charges of $[redacted] on our credit card statement. Unable to access the deactivated account, I'm frustrated at the inability to resolve this issue directly. It seems we've been erroneously billed from June to October. The contact email used was [redacted] for Life Skills Psychological Services. I recently saw our ad still active 22 days ago even though we canceled it in June after filling the position. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. You can reach us at [redacted]. Thank you, Lisa or Nancy.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Refund Process
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had applied for a Cabin Crew position at Indigo Airlines through your company (Glassdoor) and deposited a security amount of [redacted] + [redacted] as instructed, which I was informed was fully refundable, based on the guidance provided by Anushka and Ekta Tripathi (HR).
On 19/03/[redacted], I received a confirmation letter asking for an additional [redacted] rupees for gate pass and interview, which I was unable to pay. I requested Ekta to stop this process and requested a refund of the [redacted] rupees. However, instead of receiving my refund, [redacted] rupees were deducted from my account in the name of a refund by Diksha Singh (Refundable Department). Even now, I am being asked to follow the same unsafe process for the refund.
When I suggested transferring the total amount of [redacted] rupees Account to Account, I was denied. The branch manager at SBI Bank, AP Sen Road, where my account is held, also deemed this process unsafe and advised action. I also spoke with Aman Kumar Tiwari, who insisted on following the same unsafe refund process.
Therefore, I kindly request the total amount of [redacted] rupees to be transferred back to my account to avoid further inconvenience.
Regards,
[Your Initials]

A representative from your company contacted me claiming I was selected for a position at HCL for data entry. Initially, they requested Rs [redacted] for registration and instructed me to take an online written test. Upon scoring 7 out of 20, I advanced to a telephonic interview with Glassdoor HR. During this round, I was asked to pay Rs [redacted] for document verification, which I did and received a confirmation email. Subsequently, they demanded Rs [redacted] for bank account opening, which I paid. When they asked for Rs [redacted], I refused due to the high cost, requesting application cancellation and a refund. They advised me to email Glassdoor for cancellation, promising a refund within 24 hours. After following up, they requested my ATM card details including the CVV for the refund process. I declined and was informed they would hold my application for 45 days. When attempting to contact them again, the number was unavailable. I possess payment invoice details and seek assistance in retrieving my funds.

I am seeking assistance regarding defamatory comments made about our company which do not appear to be a legitimate review. The words used include "liar" and "manipulative," and there is a false claim about the business being sold. As a small, family-owned business with a 35-year history free of such incidents, this is deeply concerning. I suspect the author, who was terminated due to poor performance, is behind this malicious content. I do not view this as a genuine review but rather a targeted attack. I would appreciate guidance on how to address this issue promptly. Thank you. A. Wroblewski

Glassdoor charged me £[redacted] upfront for an annual subscription as an employer. This payment caught us by surprise, and as a small start-up, this amount is significant for us. I've asked for a refund on their website, but I've seen negative feedback about their refund policy.
I am suggesting that we switch to a monthly payment plan for the subscription. If they could refund the full amount and set up monthly charges, we would appreciate it. If this is not an option, I would prefer a full refund. This situation has added financial strain to my company during a critical time.

I need to update my resume this week and adjust the job titles I am interested in. I am uncertain if this applies to me, but a number might be suited for someone with less experience. Companies may use varied job titles.
I requested to receive weekly emails instead of daily ones, but the change hasn't been made. Please adjust this for me.
When I tried to do a company/job review, the system did not allow me to input the correct currency format - no comma was accepted. Despite selecting monthly, it did not work properly.
This whole process was very time-consuming.

I, Sanjay Kurian, an Indian national, was selected for the ‘Senior PSC Specialist - Grade (G3)' position at Nawah Energy, UAE, and received my appointment letter on July 3, [redacted], from Mr. Rashed Annoon Al Nuaimi, the Chief Human Capital Officer. I urgently need assistance! Yesterday, while browsing your website for job opportunities, I was prompted to review my previous employer before proceeding. Realizing it could breach my contract, I attempted to exit the review by clicking the back button multiple times and ultimately did not complete it. However, HR contacted me today about a review on Glassdoor that I did not authorize or finish. I promptly removed it as soon as I learned of it. This has now put my settlement agreement at risk. I request an email from your team to confirm this misunderstanding as I fear they doubt my sincerity. The situation is alarming as I did not finalize or publish the review. The error could have severe consequences on my financial stability. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

Glassdoor is letting employees from a different company post reviews about our company. Despite my attempts to dispute the reviews, Glassdoor claims the management reviewed it and found it within their guidelines. This situation allows untrue information to damage our reputation, which is unacceptable. The company being confused with ours is Modern Mechanical in Northern Virginia, now owned by One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning (www.modernmec.com). Our company, Modern Mechanical HVAC LLC in Garner, NC (www.modernmechhvac.com), is entirely separate, with no connection between the two. Former employees of the Northern Virginia company seem to be posting inaccurate reviews on our profile due to the confusion caused by the buyout. We urge Glassdoor to address this issue promptly and correct the misleading reviews to protect our company's integrity.

I am experiencing difficulty posting a review for my former employer on your platform. I accessed the site on Chrome using my MacBook Pro and signed in with my Google accounts: [redacted] and [redacted] Despite submitting two reviews, neither has appeared on the company's page.
When posting under msbettyotts@gmail, I received a confirmation of submission, but encountered an error message when attempting to preview the post on Glassdoor. There was no confirmation email for the review under detectiveoneliner@gmail.
I believe the review written under msbettyotts@gmail is of higher quality and would prefer it to be published. I had promised my former CFO a positive review and would appreciate your assistance in making this happen.
I may have made an error during the submission process, as I did not receive an email to verify my account. I assumed signing in through Google would serve as ample verification.

I encountered an issue on Glassdoor when trying to submit my salary information. After completing the form with my details, I clicked on submit, but a message appeared at the top of the screen stating there was an error without specifying where it occurred. Consequently, I am unable to proceed. Whenever I log in, the prompt to submit salary or reviews reappears, leading to the same error message upon submission. This cycle prevents me from accessing Glassdoor properly. What could be causing this problem, and how can it be resolved to allow me to use the platform effectively?

I registered on Monster yesterday. Today, I received a call for an aptitude test, which I completed. Subsequently, I had a second-round telephone interview. However, right from the first round, I requested the job description but received no response. I was informed that they were from Glassdoor and should ask them for the information. Glassdoor personnel mentioned they obtained my details from Monster. When I contacted Monster, they confirmed that Glassdoor purchases resumes from them and is responsible for the details. Glassdoor allegedly used my information for a scam, and Monster stated they couldn't intervene post the purchase of the details. Kindly reach out to me at your earliest convenience.

I accidentally agreed to Glassdoor's terms and conditions, and I promptly reached out to them to inquire about how to decline the agreement within the 10-day window. I am concerned about sharing my computer's IP address with them. Initially, they were responsive, but they have since stopped replying to my messages. I'm wondering if signing out or closing my account would prevent them from using my IP address. How can I properly decline the agreement within the 10-day timeframe after signing up with Glassdoor?

I am currently applying for an assistant professor position at a university. The application requires letters of reference, which I have no problem providing. However, based on my previous experiences, I understand that these letters are meant to be confidential and should be sent directly to the chair of the search committee. I am unsure of the best way to handle this situation. It might be helpful to have a designated link for individuals providing references. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
