Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Girlythingsonline.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept returns for intimate items, such as lingerie or swimwear, for hygienic reasons. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
