What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Georgioustore.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for items that are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. However, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. Please note that return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide a seamless return experience.
