To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or perishable products, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number.
