Our return policy at Geniuseshop.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or perishable products, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Rest assured, we strive to make your shopping experience hassle-free and enjoyable.
