GemSelect offers a flexible return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. However, please note that certain products such as custom-made or modified items may be subject to special return conditions. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please remember that shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Rest assured, we aim to make returns as hassle-free as possible for our valued customers.
