What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return their purchased items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team by phone or email, providing their order details and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and further instructions for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and software downloads, are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged.
