What is the return policy for furniture?

At Furniturecrate.com, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out as planned. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return policy for your peace of mind. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your furniture purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. Additionally, you're responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that certain items are non-returnable, including special orders and clearance items.
