How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and request to cancel. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our return policy. Please note that custom or special order items may have different cancellation policies. Our team will work with you to process your cancellation request as efficiently as possible.
