Our return policy at FrozenCPU.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in a resellable condition. However, certain items such as water cooling fluids, custom-made cables, and clearance items may not be eligible for returns. If you received a defective product, we offer a warranty service and will gladly replace or repair the item(s) at no additional cost. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error.
