Are there any exclusions to the return policy?

Yes, there are a few exclusions to our return policy. Firstly, any product that has been modified or altered in any way is not eligible for return. Additionally, all custom-built orders, such as water cooling systems or custom cables, are non-returnable. We cannot accept returns on any products that have been damaged due to improper handling or installation. Furthermore, certain items, such as software, fluids, and consumables, are not eligible for return due to their nature. Lastly, any items that have been purchased more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return.
