To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all domestic orders, making the return process convenient and free of charge. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that personalized items and prescription lenses cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
