What is Footnote.com's refund policy?

Footnote.com's refund policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our subscription service, you are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of signing up. However, if you have already downloaded and utilized more than five records during this period, a refund will not be granted. We believe this allows sufficient time to explore and evaluate the benefits of our vast collection. For annual subscriptions, refunds can be requested within the first 15 days, provided less than ten records have been accessed. To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team with your account details. Please note that trial subscriptions are non-refundable, as they are specifically intended for customers to assess the features and content prior to making a commitment. We value your experience with Footnote.com and strive to exceed your expectations.
