Can I exchange a product?

Yes, you can exchange a product purchased from Folica.com within 30 days of receipt. Our company understands that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may have inadvertently ordered the wrong item. To initiate an exchange, simply contact our customer service team via phone or email and provide your order details. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please make sure that the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and send you the replacement item. Please note that any price differences between the original and exchanged product may be adjusted accordingly.
