Our return policy at Flotoimports.com is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the eligible items, excluding any shipping charges, back to your original payment method.
