How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order with FloristExpress.net, you will need to contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been sent out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. Our customer service team will assist you in completing the cancellation process and issuing any applicable refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
