Can I exchange or transfer my tickets to a different event?

Unfortunately, Fill A Seat DC does not allow ticket exchanges or transfers to different events. All ticket sales are final, and the tickets are non-transferable. Once you have purchased a ticket, it is only valid for the specific event and date stated on the ticket. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and integrity of the ticketing system, as well as to maintain accurate attendance records for each event. If you are unable to attend the event for which you have purchased tickets, we recommend giving them to a friend or family member who can use them.
