If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns for both unworn and unwashed products. However, personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake made by Fibers.com.
